"Joy was very professional and great to work with! She listed our home and we had an offer in a day and a half! She paid very close attention to detail and kept us informed every step of the way. She was able to answer all of our questions. The whole process went smoothly! We were very happy that we listed our home with her. We would highly recommend her!"

"We bought our home in October 2017. Joy did a wonderful job for my wife and I. She understood what we wanted and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. And after we found our home, she negotiated for us... stood up for us, and fought for us all through the process. Joy is a real bulldog for her clients. Joy is also a great person. We not only bought a house. But made a wonderful friend in the process... Joy really cares for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home, or wants to sell a home. She will get the job done for you... And afterwards, you will have a friend..."

"Joy has been amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and always available. She has given her time freely and has been there for us every step of the way. She has worked hard to help us rather than to just make it easy on herself. Selling a home is stressful and Joy has made it much easier! I highly recommend her!"

"Joy was such a pleasure to work with during a tough family relocation. She was available at any given moment and very knowledgable of all the different locations we looked in. She even was an advocate for me when i couldnt be present! Not only was she an awesome realtor but became a great friend!!"

"Joy was outstanding to work with and we would highly recommend her in your search. She is knowledgeable, flexible, respectful, easy to work with, and a joy to work with. We spent 6-8 weeks working with Joy as she helped us find the perfect home."

"After many unsuccessful attempts to purchase a home with another agent, we decided to contact Joy about a property that we were interested in. It was very clear immediately from our very first contact with Joy that she was far different from others we had previously dealt with. Joy was very knowledgeable about the area, the subdivisions, the builders and local rules. Joy was always very responsive and quickly learned our likes and dislikes and sent us listings that were tailored to our wants with a clear attention to detail. Joy was concerned that we found what we wanted and not simply interested in just making the sale, she was very much vested in finding us the right home....and she did. We would very highly recommend Joy as your agent, whether buying or selling. When it comes time for us to sell, we will contact Joy without hesitation. Joe and Anne-Marie McIsaac"
